Refund policy

REFUNDS & CREDIT NOTE

• In the event of returns, we issue a credit note equivalent to the value of the order minus handling and packaging charges of INR 150 plus COD charges, if any.

• Credit notes are redeemable on the website up to 6 months.

• Credit notes cannot be redeemed against orders placed offline.

• Orders placed using credit note are not further eligible for returns or exchanges.

• Orders exchanged once will not be eligible for exchange a second time.

 As company policy,  we do NOT offer cash refunds.

Unfortunately International orders aren't eligible for returns or exchanges due to logistical reasons.

• Products purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges as they are FINAL SALE.

• Product descriptions may contain information regarding inventory and exchange/return policy, which will be applicable for that particular product.

• Customized orders once made cannot be exchanged or returned.  

• Pieces to be exchanged or returned will only be accepted AFTER discussing the same on mail. Any outfits sent to our store without prior discussion on mail will not be accepted, and the piece would have to be picked up by the customer.
