Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

DOMESTIC

  • Shipping within India is INR 150 irrespective of the number of products.

  • Free shipping on all masks.

  • We usually deliver all orders within 7-15 working days (unless any pin codes are not serviceable temporarily due to the COVID situation).

  • All orders are fulfilled and delivered by our delivery partner DTDC, INDIAN POST

  • If you’d like to have your order delivered around a particular date, you can get in touch with us at tadkabymadhu@gmai.com

  

INTERNATIONAL

  • International shipping is INR 2500 anywhere in the world.

  • Delivery timeline is between 1-3 weeks.

  • Any custom charges have to be borne by the customer.

  • Unfortunately international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with the tracking details of your order.
